Hey 08jack, great puzzle platformer! I thought I'd suck at the game at first but not anymore. In fact, I never gave up! My character died 199 times but I managed to complete the game. I even enjoyed it as well, and like I said before, great puzzle platformer. :)
Hi 08Jack! I and my friends really loved this game, and like many others, I have a 1 death run. We would really appreciate it if you made a Star Hunt 2, maybe a bit harder. Anyways, I know it probably takes a bit of work but I would love it so much.

i am working on another game at the moment, and although it isn't directly related to star hunt, it is very similar.
it's still in early stages and won't be done for a while, but i'll let you know when it's almost finished if you and your friends would like to help playtest?
Here's how you do it: hold left after you die, then do a small jump to land inbetween them then another jump to get out. Jump over the fire, wait a few milleseconds then jump back. If you've timed it right, go back left and get on the platform where they can't get you.

That was fun! The difficulty was fun, and it was lengthy! I died 220 times, I honestly thought I'd die more.

me friend got 0 deaths but im trying to get no deaths too but my best was a 1 death run ( big poo)

so, i had included a few special messages depending on how many deaths you got.
i also asked a few friends for their favourite numbers and a random message to go along with it hence why 22 gives the message "yeet."
gg on beating it with only 22 deaths btw

honestly that part is just dumb. i didn't realise how hard it was at the time haha. you can definitely get it consistent though

Great game. The only issue is that it takes way too long to respawn.
